How to return a product to us

At uniformspecials.com our goal is your satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, it may be returned for any reason within 15 days of purchase(by return mail) or with 30 days of purchase (in person). Returns beyond these guidelines are deemed "store credit" only.

Understandably, we cannot accept returns of items that are worn, altered, laundered, embroidered, screen printed or damaged by the purchaser. Items should be in original condition and packaging with all tags and labels as shipped. Footwear must be clean and in original condition. Please try on your shoes on a clean, dry surface to avoid discoloration to the white soles.
(A 15% restocking fee will apply only in the event that there are 6 or more pieces of the exact same size of the same style and color). If you are buying as a group we offer group discounts!

Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

If a return causes the total sale amount to fall below the "free shipping" threshold, the refunded amount will be reduced by the shipping charges that would have applied.

To assure proper credit, all returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.

2) Mail it with your receipt by using the return shipping information provided here. Ship via insured mail or carrier. Return shipping cost and original shipping and handling are not refundable unless item is manufacturer defective when shipped. If you would like to make an exchange, please refer to the sizing charts to assure proper fit and note "exchange" on the return label.
